'IPF-AGRO Assent Management', Limited Liability Company (license № 21-000-1-00433 for management of investment funds and non-state pension funds, issued by the Federal Financial Markets Service on July 5, 2007), that carries out trust management of  Closed-Ended Mutual Fund of direct ivestments 'IPF-AGRO' according to Federal Law № 156-FL from April 21, 2009 about 'Investments Funds', and also The Rules of confidential Management Closed-Ende Mutual Fund of direct investments 'IPF-AGRO'.

Informs about starting application deadline of the acquisitioning of additional investment shares of Closed-Ended Mutual Fund of direct investments 'IPF-AGRO' (Rules of confidential fund Management had been registrated by Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS, Russia) on December 12, 2008 (Register No. 1325-94156576-2 from October 12, 2009, № 1325-94156576-3 from April 20, 2010).
