about the registration by Federal Financial Markets Service the Rules of confidential management of Closed-Ended Mutual Credit Fund ‘IAP-AGROMPROMKREDIT’ that is run by 'IPF-AGRO Asset Management', Limited Liability Company (further - Fund). (The Rules of confidential Fund’s management were registered on August 18, 2009 by Federal Financial Markets Service, registration number 1522-94139313).

Federal Financial Markets Service’s notification about the registration of The Rules of confidential Fund’s management № 09-AC-01/19517 from August 21, 2009.

Fund’s shares are intended for qualified investors.

Not allowed spreading the information about the Mutual Investment Fund, which investment shares are limited in circulation (intended for qualified investors), except of cases its disclosure according to federal laws.
